At SoSo Cycles we’re not super serious about much but we’re REAL serious when it comes to working on motorcycles, ATV’s and side-by-sides’s. Our technicians are factory-trained, manufacturer-certified and simply studendous! In addition to employing some of the best wrenches around, we also maintain a robust support staff for our service departments So jobs go smoothly and communication is top notch throughout. When you bring your motorcycle into a SoSo Cycles service department for routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs or custom work, we know you’re quite literally putting your life in our hands. We understand the gravity of the situation and the importance of trust in a service relationship like this.

That’s why everyone at SoSo Cycles is required to be direct and honest about everything, all the time. Even if the truth hurts sometimes (sorry, your engine blew up because you put gasoline in the oil filler…) we know it’s absolutely essential. All of this probably seems like ‘DUH! Of course, you should tell me the truth when you’re working on my bike’ but from the stories we’ve heard, it’s increasingly rare these days. And, without getting all preachy, we expect honesty from our customers as well so we can diagnose and resolve any issues your motorcycle is having as quickly and economically as possible. Don’t be afraid to admit if you messed up your ride while trying to wire up those new driving lights, we’ve all done some silly stuff now and then. Once we understand what we’re working with, we’re usually able to get things fixed up lickity split.

Okay, but enough about all that. The last thing I wanted to tell you all is that each of our locations works on different brands so it’s important to know what your local SoSo can do for you…

San Francisco, CA

• Authorized service center for BMW Motorrad (Motorcycles). Specializes in modern BMW’s 1995 and newer. If you have an Airhead or older BMW, we can provide references to some local folks that are experts with the older stuff.
• Services and repairs Yamaha motorcycles. At this time we have tools and diagnostic equipment for Yamaha’s but our San Francisco location is not an authorized Yamaha dealer so we can’t do Yamaha warranty work in SF. BUT if your Yamaha needs warranty work, we can transport your bike to our sister store in Concord that IS an authorized Yamaha dealer and can perform the warranty work and then transport your bike back to SF for pickup. This can take several days because of the transport in and out of SF, but if 6th and Bryant is more convenient than taking your Yamaha out of the city for warranty work, we’ve got options for you.

Concord, CA

• Authorized service center for BMW Motorrad (Motorcycles). Specializes in modern BMW’s 2005 and newer. If you have an Oilhead or older K-bike, we can transport your bike to our sister store in SF to be worked on. If you have an Airhead or older BMW, we can provide references to some local folks that are experts with the ‘mobile tradition’ stuff.
• Authorized service center for Ducati motorcycles.
• Authorized service center for Yamaha motorcycles, ATV’s and side-by-side’s. At this time we do not service Yamaha watercraft or marine equipment (outboard motors, etc).

Tacoma, WA

• Authorized service center for BMW Motorrad (Motorcycles). Specializes in modern BMW’s 2005 and newer. If you have an Airhead, Oilhead or older K-bike give us a call so we can determine if we’re a good fit for the work needed or if we can provide references to some local folks that are experts with the ‘mobile tradition’ stuff.
• Authorized service center for Ducati motorcycles.
• Authorized service center for Zero motorcycles.
• Authorized service center for Energica motorcycles.
